Data processing

Sailing Vessel Tecla achieve the following purposes:

  • To fulfil a mutual (travel)agreement a mutual (travel)agreement
  • To send IMO approved crew lists to harbour officials before arrival
  • To send to immigration when sailing between countries
  • To send newsletters, brochures and Christmas cards;

To achieve the above purposes, we may ask you the following personal data:

  • Your full name
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Address
  • Phone numbers
  • Email-address
  • Passport number
  • Company name
  • Chamber of Commerce number/VAT number
  • Diet-information (in case you have special wishes in regard to your diet)
  • To fill in out a list of medical questions to inform us on your health when coming on board

 

Third parties

We might submit your personal data to third parties in case this is necessary for the achievement of the purposes as described above.

  • For (parts) of the travel-arrangements you have booked;
