Please fill in all the fields to make the booking process easier. After receiving this form, we will send you an invoice and contract by email (or by post if email is unavailable). Please return the signed contract to us, make the first payment for your voyage, and your booking will be complete. If you have any questions, please email us at info@tecla.nl.
The booking form is valid for one person only. If you would like to make a second booking, please fill in the form again and let us know with whom you are traveling. If you wish to book two voyages for one person, please select multiple voyages from the list.
We will only ask for the information we really need. Your invoice will be sent to you, so we will not ask for any down payment while on this website. To learn more about our privacy policy, please read more here.
At the end of the booking form, we will ask you to agree to our terms and conditions for the voyage. Please read these documents before ticking the box.
What will happen after you have filled in the form?
You will be directed to a thank you page. If you would like to fill in the booking form again for a second explorer, you will find a link back to the booking form there. If you are not redirected to another page, your booking is not yet complete. Please try filling out the form again.
You will receive an email from our office with the contract and invoice. You will receive the invoice with payment dates.
Your booking will only be complete after you have paid a down payment of 20% of the voyage fee. Please note that this 20% down payment is non-refundable if you need to cancel for any reason.
You will receive information about where the Tecla will be moored approximately two weeks before setting sail. Any questions in the meantime can be directed to our office via info@tecla.nl.
